The Order We Build In

Each step is a release gate that unlocks the next. No dates, no shortcuts.

  1. Done (0.7.0): verified MMFF94 parameter tables, unlocking minimisation and conformer search
  2. Done (0.7.5): pure-functional DFT with analytic gradients and def2 basis sets; next: hybrid functionals
  3. Analytic Hessians, transition states and IRC: Reactions, Thermodynamics and Raman
  4. Molecular dynamics with PME: free energy, phase behaviour, QM/MM and ab initio dynamics
  5. Solvation: electrochemistry and binding affinity
  6. Post-Hartree-Fock and multireference methods
  7. Periodic systems for Materials Science
  8. Docking and screening at scale
  9. Hybrid methods, coarse-grained and reactive force fields, generative design

Domain Questions

Why show planned sub-areas at all?
So researchers see the full scope and the honest state in one place. A planned sub-area opens one line explaining what it waits for. There are no buttons that pretend to work.
How do sub-areas become live?
In a fixed order of release gates. Each method is rebuilt from its original paper or textbook and checked against published values before it is opened.
Is Cheminformatics one of the nine?
Cheminformatics is its own live module. It provides the descriptors and rules behind Property Screening in Molecular Discovery.
Will my study show all nine domains as tabs?
No. A study shows Overview, Structures and System Preparation, then the domains your organisation switched on or the study uses, with the rest under More.
